The addition shall conform substantially to the site plan, <br />floor plan, elevations, and related materials, Exhibit A <br />(dated "Received" January 19, 1994), on file with the Planning <br />Department, except as modified by these conditions. Minor <br />changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval of <br />the Planning Director if found to be in substantial <br />conformance with the approved exhibits. <br /> <br />2. All roof equipment must be screened from adjacent properties <br />to the satisfaction of the Planning Director. Evidence to <br />this effect shall be submitted to the Planning Director prior <br />to building permit issuance. <br /> <br />3. The applicants shall replace any dead or dying landscaping <br />along the western side (1-680 freeway side) of their site. <br /> <br />4. The applicants shall utilize a darker taupe or tan color for <br />the facade of the building. Said color shall be submitted for <br />review and approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance <br />of building permits. <br /> <br />5. The applicants shall submit an updated hazardous materials <br />permit to the Fire Marshall prior to operation of the new <br />laboratory facility. <br /> <br />6. The applicants shall obtain all building and other applicable <br />city permits for the project prior to the commencement of <br />construction.
