The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection. <br /> <br />58. The applicants shall post address numerals on the buildings so as to be plainly visible <br />from the adjoining streets during both daylight and night time hours. The address for the <br />new apartment building shall be determined by the City. <br /> <br />59. The homes shall the meet the fire and security requirements in Chapters 20.24 and 20.36 <br />of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />60. The applicant shall ensure that fire protection facilities, including all surface roads, fire <br />hydrants, and a water supply capable of furnishing the required fire flow shall be installed <br />and serviceable prior to and during the time of construction. When alternate methods of <br />protection are as approved by the Fire Chief, this requirement may be waived or <br />modified. Proposed alternative methods of fire protection shall be submitted, in writing, <br />to the Fire Chief. Work on the alternative fire protection methods shall not start without <br />the approval of the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />61. If required by the Police Department, the buildings shall be equipped with an alarm <br />system, the type to be approved by the Police Department. This system shall be installed <br />prior to occupancy of the buildings. <br /> <br />62. The homes shall be constructed with Class A fire retardant roofing material to the <br />satisfaction Fire Marshall. <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />. <br />
