PC-95-97 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ANTONIO M. SILVA FOR <br />DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE 2-95-176 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Antonio M. Silva has applied for design review approval to refurbish the existing <br />front residence and to construct an approximately 1,960 square foot two-unit <br />apartment building at the rear of the approximately 7,500 square foot lot located at <br />4681 Augustine Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-l ,500 (Multiple Family Residential), Core Area <br />Overlay District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly notice public hearing of December 13, 1995, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the designed elements of the proposed <br />development are attractive and generally appropriate for this Downtown area. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVESTHEFOLLO~G: <br /> <br />Section ]. <br /> <br />Approves Case 2-95-176, the application of Antonio M. Silva for design review <br />approval to refurbish the existing front residence and to construct an <br />approximately 1,960 square foot two-unit apartment building at the rear of the <br />approximately 7,500 square foot lot located at 4681 Augustine Street, subject to <br />the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br />II <br />
