The developer shall give rent preference in the new complex to <br />Pleasanton residents, then to seniors whose family members <br />(brother/sister, daughter/son, aunt/uncle, etc.) are <br />Pleasanton residents. <br /> <br />Prolect Specific Conditions <br /> <br />11. The colors of the building (s) shall be submitted to and <br />approved by the Planning Director prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit.
