PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-94 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF RED BEAR, INC. FOR A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF AN APPROXIMATELY 2.88 ACRE SITE LOCATED AT 4023, 4031, 4049, AND 4073 STANLEY BOULEVARD TO THE "HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL" DESIGNATION, AS FILED UNDER CASE GPA-95-02 WHEREAS, Red Bear, Inc. has submitted an application to change the land use designation of an approximately 2.88 acre site located at 4023,4031,4049, and 4073 Stanley Boulevard from Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 29, 1995, the Planning commission, after considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application, recommended approval of the proposed negative declaration for Case GPA-95-06; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the amended land use designation would facilitate a use for the site which would create little impact on the existing neighborhood and is consistent with the City's General Plan policies. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of Case GPA-95-02, the application of Red Bear, Inc. to change the land use designation of an approximately 2.88 acre site located at 4023, 4031, 4049, and 4073 Stanley Boulevard from Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
