The proposed use shall conform substantially to the site plan, <br />floor plan, written narrative, and related materials, <br />Exhibit A (dated "Received October 12, 1995"), on file with <br />the Planning Department, except as modified by these <br />conditions. <br /> <br />2. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to <br />parking, noise, traffic, or other factors, at the discretion <br />of the Planning Director, this matter can be submitted to the <br />Planning Commission for their subsequent review at a public <br />hearing. I f necessary, the Commission may modify or add <br />conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke <br />said use permit. <br /> <br />3. If additional activities beyond that proposed in the written <br />narrative, dated "Received October 12, 1995" on file with the <br />Planning Department are desired, prior City review and <br />approval is required. Such modifications shall be submitted <br />to the Planning Director, who shall refer the matter to the <br />Planning commission if judged to be substantial. <br /> <br />4. The hours of operation of the beauty salon with massage <br />therapy service shall be limited to 8:30am to 8:30pm, Monday <br />through Sunday. The last massage appointment shall be <br />completed by 8:30pm. <br /> <br />5. Within 60 days of use permit approval, the applicant shall <br />obtain all necessary approvals by the Pleasanton Police <br />Department for massage services at the subject site. Failure <br />to receive Police Department approval shall result in no <br />massage services being allowed on the subject site. <br /> <br />6. No signage is approved as part of this application.
