Resolution No. PC-95-90
Page 12

iii) Noise attenuation for buildings' interiors shall implement the
recommendations identified in the "Traffic Noise Assessment Study for
the Planned 'Hacienda Area B Cluster Housing Development',
Stoneridge Drive, Pleasanton," by Edward L. Pack Associates, Inc.,
Project No. 24-087-3, dated August 7, 1995 to the satisfaction of the
Planning Director. Mitigation measures shall be worked out at the
tentative map stage.

13. Building Design

a. Final building colors shall be submitted to and approved by the Planning
Director before issuance of a building permit. Colors shall be consistent with
the approved colors, except that the proposed stucco wall color -- Merlex P-
974-3 -- be deleted and substituted with a darker color less pink in tone. The
approved building colors shall be stated on the plans submitted for issuance of
building permits.

b. The applicant shall provide automatic opening sectional roll-up garage doors
throughout the project, as approved by the Planning Director.

c. All dwelling units in the development shall be designed and constructed to
meet Title 24 state energy requirements.

d. The developer shall post address numerals on each building so as to be plainly
visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night
time hours.

e. The garage length shall maintain a clear twenty feet (20' 0") length; the width,
however, can be reduced to nineteen feet (19' 0"). Interior garage dimensions
shall be verified by the Planning Director with the final building permit plan
set for review and approval before issuance of a building permit.

14. Site Design:

a. Except for the parallel parking spaces located on "A" Street and "B" Street, all
parking spaces shall be striped. Wheel stops shall be provided unless the
spaces are fronted by concrete curbs, in which case sufficient areas shall be
provided beyond the ends of all parking spaces to accommodate the overhang
of automobiles.

II,. .
