<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-88 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPLICATION OF TOM LUTZ FOR DESIGN <br />REVIEW APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-95-195 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tom Lutz has applied for design review approval to construct a 3,842+ square <br />foot single-family residence on a 14,682+ square foot lot located at 417 <br />Sycamore Road (Lot #1 of Tract 5831); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-l-lO,OOO (Single-Family Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed meeting of November 8, 1995, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed home is not compatible <br />with the rural quality of the Sycamore Road area. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Denies Case Z-94-252, the application of Tom Lutz for design review approval to <br />construct a 3,842.:t square foot single-family residence on a 14,682+ square foot <br />lot located at 417 Sycamore Road (Lot #1 of Tract 5831). <br /> <br />Section 2.
