<br />. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-86 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />PANCAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE PUD-90-18-2D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PanCal Development Company has applied for design <br />review approval of the house designs for five vacant <br />lots located between East Angela Street and the <br />souths ide of the parking area for St. Augustine's <br />Church in the Bonde Ranch subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - RDR, LDR, and MDR (Rural Density <br />Residential, Low Density Residential, and Medium <br />Density Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of <br />October 25, 1995, the Planning Commission considered <br />all public testimony, relevant exhibits and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this <br />application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the design review request is covered by the <br />Environmental Impact Report approved by the City <br />Council for PUD-90-18; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />house designs are compatible with the surrounding area <br />in terms of design and detailing. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-90-18-2D, the <br />application of PanCal Development Company for design <br />review approval of the house designs for five vacant <br />lots located between East Angela Street and the <br />souths ide of the parking area for St. Augustine's <br />Church in the Bonde Ranch subdivision, subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "C," attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />. <br />
