<br />PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTy, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-84 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING THE PUD FINDINGS FOR CASE PUD-95-06, <br />AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF RED BEAR, <br />INC. FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REZONING AND <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Red Bear, Inc. has submitted an application for a Planned <br />Unit Development rezoning from R-1-20, 000 to PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) High Density Residential and <br />development plan approval to construct a 97-unit, two- <br />story apartment complex for reduced-income senior <br />citizens located at 4023, 4031, 4049, and 4073 Stanley <br />Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-20,000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 25, 1995, <br />the Planning Commission, after considering all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application, recommended <br />approval of the proposed negative declaration for Case <br />PUD-9S-06; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed PUD <br />rezoning is consistent with the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the PUD findings as attached <br />hereto and made a part of this case by reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />project, as conditioned, is appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Makes the PUD findings for Case PUD-9S-06, and <br />recommends approval of the application of Red Bear, Inc. <br />for a Planned unit Development rezoning from R-1-20,000 <br />to PUD (planned Unit Development) High Density <br />Residential and development plan approval to construct a <br />97-unit, two-story apartment complex for reduced-income <br />senior citizens located at 4023, 4031, 4049, and 4073 <br />Stanley Boulevard, subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "Bn attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
