Section 1. Council approves the overall funding program for the City's Community <br />Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership (HOME) programs for <br />Fiscal Year 2005 as depicted in Table A, including a total of $321,586 in CDBG funds, $50,000 <br />in HOME funds, and $57,977 in City Housing Funds. <br /> <br />Section 2. Council directs staff, under the authority of the City Manager, to submit the five-year <br />Consolidated Plan, annual Action Plan and all other required documentation for the City's <br />CDBG program for FY 2005 to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in <br />conformance with HUD procedures and deadlines. <br /> <br />Section 3. Council authorizes the City Manager to enter into individual contracts with each <br />agency receiving Pleasanton CDBG and HOME funding in FY 2005 and to take all other <br />necessary actions to carry out the programs for FY 2005. <br /> <br />Section 4.
