. PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-83 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF RED BEAR, INC. FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-95-06 WHEREAS, Red Bear, Inc. has submitted an application for a planned Unit Development rezoning from R-1-20, 000 to PUD (Planned Unit Development) High Density Residential and development plan approval to construct a 97-unit, two- story apartment complex for reduced-income senior citizens located at 4023, 4031, 4049, and 4073 Stanley Boulevard; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of october 25, 1995, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-95-06; and WHEREAS, the planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 1, 1995, and received the recommendations of staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds proposed project would not have effects on the environment. that approval of the any significant adverse NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-9S-06, the application of Red Bear, Inc. for a planned Unit Development rezoning from R-1-20,000 to PUD (Planned Unit Development) High Density Residential and development plan approval to construct a 97-unit, two-story apartment complex for reduced-income senior citizens located at 4023, 4031, 4049, and 4073 Stanley Boulevard. .
