<br />. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-83 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF RED BEAR, INC. FOR PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-95-06 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Red Bear, Inc. has submitted an application for a planned <br />Unit Development rezoning from R-1-20, 000 to PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) High Density Residential and <br />development plan approval to construct a 97-unit, two- <br />story apartment complex for reduced-income senior <br />citizens located at 4023, 4031, 4049, and 4073 Stanley <br />Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of october 25, 1995, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case PUD-95-06; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated September 1, 1995, and received the <br />recommendations of staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission finds <br />proposed project would not have <br />effects on the environment. <br /> <br />that approval of the <br />any significant adverse <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for Case PUD-9S-06, the application of Red Bear, <br />Inc. for a planned Unit Development rezoning from <br />R-1-20,000 to PUD (Planned Unit Development) High <br />Density Residential and development plan approval to <br />construct a 97-unit, two-story apartment complex for <br />reduced-income senior citizens located at 4023, 4031, <br />4049, and 4073 Stanley Boulevard. <br /> <br />. <br />
