<br />Resolution No. PC-9S-78 <br />Page 20 <br /> <br />74. The developer shall ensure that fire protection facilities, <br />including all surface roads, fire hydrants, and a water supply <br />capable of furnishing the required fire flow shall be <br />installed and serviceable prior to and during the time of <br />construction. When alternate methods of protection are as <br />approved by the Fire Chief, this requirement may be waived or <br />modified. Proposed alternative methods of fire protection <br />shall be submitted, in writing, to the Fire Chief. Work on <br />the alternative fire protection methods shall not start <br />without the approval of the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />75. All roads on the site are designated as fire apparatus access <br />roads by the Fire Chief and must be maintained in accordance <br />with Section 10.201 of the Uniform Fire Code and be accessible <br />at all times from the start of construction until the project <br />is completed. Curbs must be painted red or "No Parking" signs <br />provided as required by the vehicle code. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
