<br />Resolution No. PC-9S-78 <br />Page 19 <br /> <br />e. Section 2.102 UFC of the Hillside Rules and Regulations <br />(Guidelines) will apply to this development. <br /> <br />f. Where fire protection facilities are to be installed by <br />the developer, such facilities including all surface <br />access roads shall be installed and made serviceable <br />prior to and during the time of construction. <br /> <br />g. All vehicle access ways to or through the undeveloped <br />areas shall be secured to prevent unauthorized entry. <br />Knox key access is required for emergency access. <br /> <br />h. A minimum fire flow of 200 gpm at a residual pressure of <br />20 psi shall be provided. <br /> <br />i. "No Parking" signs shall be posted on all access roads, <br />except the EVAE, that are 20 feet or less in width. <br /> <br />j. Where "private driveways" provide access to one or more <br />residences, all addresses shall be visible from the <br />public road serving them as well as on residential <br />structures. <br /> <br />k. Conditions for the use of hiking trails shall be posted. <br />These trails may be restricted during times of high fire <br />danger. <br /> <br />71. The developer shall contribute funds toward acquisition of a <br />new off-road 4-wheel drive vehicle and a new on-and-off-road <br />motorcycle for the Police Department, the estimated 1990 costs <br />of which total $32,000. The developer's pro-rata share is <br />estimated at a not-to-exceed-amount of 36.9 percent, or <br />approximately $11,808. <br /> <br />72. The developer shall contribute funds toward acquisition of one <br />heavy patrol vehicle and one-half of a water tender for the <br />Fire Department, the estimated 1990 costs of which total <br />$237,000. The developer's pro-rata share is estimated at a <br />not-to-exceed amount of 40.2 percent, or $95,300. <br /> <br />73. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton <br />Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br />
