The location and design of the gazebo shall substantially <br />conform to the site plan and building elevations, Exhibit "A", <br />dated "received August 11, 1995", on file with the Planning <br />Department, except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. The property owners shall obtain all building and other <br />applicable City permits for the gazebo within 30 days of the <br />Planning Commission's approval of the variance and design <br />review requests. <br /> <br />3. All finished colors used on the gazebo shall match the colors <br />used on the existing single-family house, unless otherwise <br />approved by the Planning Director. Final colors shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval <br />prior to their application on the gazebo. <br /> <br />4. Wood shakes or shingles shall be used as the finished roof <br />material on the gazebo. Before the finished roof is <br />installed, the property owners shall plant one, fifteen (15) <br />gallon evergreen pear tree located in the area between the <br />gazebo and the cypress trees planted along side the rear <br />property line fence. The pear tree shall be located so that <br />when mature, it augments the property line screen provided by <br />the cypress trees. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
