PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-73 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF RICHARD AND JEANETTE IRBY TO REZONE AN APPROXIMATELY 9.26 ACRE PARCEL, AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-95-04 WHEREAS, Richard and Jeanette Irby has submitted an application to rezone an approximately 9.26 acre parcel from the Agricultural (A) District to the Service Commercial (C-S) District located at 3780 Stanley Boulevard; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of Commission received Case RZ-95-04; and September 27, 1995, the Planning a proposed negative declaration for WHEREAS, the Planning commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 3, 1995, and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds proposed rezoning would not have effects on the environment. that approval of the any significant adverse NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1.
