<br />PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT ON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-72 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING THE PUD FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING <br />APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF LYNDEN HOMES (LYNN JANSEN) <br />FOR PUD REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-95-03 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lynden Homes (Lynn Jansen) has applied for Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) approval to rezone a 1.01 acre parcel <br />from the Agricultural zoning district to the PUD - MDR <br />(Medium Density Residential) District and for PUD <br />development plan approval over a total of 4.03~ acres <br />(two existing parcels) of land for a 13-unit single- <br />family residential development located at 1777 and 1635 <br />Rose Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property located at 1635 Rose Avenue is A <br />(Agriculture)i and zoning for the property located at <br />1777 Rose Avenue is MDR (Medium Density Residential); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of september 27, 1995, <br />the Planning Commission, after considering all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application, recommended <br />approval of the proposed negative declaration for Case <br />PUD-95-03i and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the PUD findings as attached <br />hereto and made a part of this case by reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the proposed <br />13-lot development plan, as conditioned, is appropriate <br />for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Makes the PUD findings and recommends approval of Case <br />PUD-95-03, the application of Lynden Homes (Lynn Jansen) <br />for Planned unit Development (PUD) approval to rezone a <br />1.01 acre parcel from the Agricultural zoning district to <br />the PUD - MDR (Medium Density Residential) District and <br />for PUD development plan approval over a total of 4.03~ <br />acres (two existing parcels) of land for a 13-unit <br />single-family residential development located at 1777 and <br />1635 Rose Avenue, subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br />
