· I'I Ordinance No. 11 <br /> <br />~tND OP~DIN~CE aMENDING SUB*DIVISION E OF SECTION NO. $4, of <br /> <br /> E KNOWN AS SUB-DIVISION 6 <br /> NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN aS SECTION l~ thereof. <br /> <br /> Be It Ordained b~ the Board of Town Trustees of the Tovna of <br />Pleasanton: <br /> <br /> ~ection 1.--Subdivision E of Section No. 4, of Ordinance is <br /> <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "3ub-division E.--Toys, novelties, stationery, fireworks, <br /> <br />flags and such other seasonal goods as a~e usual and incident to <br /> <br />such holiday trade as Fou_tht of July, Christmas, ect. <br /> <br /> Section 2.--A new sub-division to Section 8 of Ordinance <br /> <br />No. ll3, is hereby adopted· to readas follows: <br /> <br /> "Subdivision SS.--V~o carries on, conducts or maintains the <br /> <br />business or _~.~=~x selling , or offering for sale, phono- <br />gra~hs, tailking machines ~m&anos or other musical instruments <br />of any kind, provided· however that any licensee under this sub- <br />division shall have the right to sell· without payment of further <br />license fee, sheet or roll music, phonograph 'records· or <br />all or either. <br /> <br /> Section Z ,--i ne~ section to be known as section 17 of Ordin- <br />ance No. llZ, is hereby adopted.
