Applicant certifies that it has submitted a satisfactory independent fiscal audit with required compli- <br /> ance statement to MTC and to the State Controller (Pub. Util. Code §99245 and 21 Cal. Code <br /> of Regs. §6664) covering FY 2002-03. Applicant also assures that a fiscal audit pursuant to <br /> the cited requirement will be completed covering FY 2003-04. <br /> x B..App~i~ant~ertifiesthatithassubmittedaStateC~ntr~~~er~srep~rtinc~nf~rman~ewiththeUnif~rm <br /> System of Accounts and Records to MTC and to the State Controller pursuant to Pub. Util. Code <br /> §99243, for FY 2002-03. Applicant further assures that a State Controller's Report will be <br /> completed covering FY 2003-04. <br /> x C. Applicant certifies that it is regularly participating in the activities of its county's Paratransit <br /> Coordinating Council (PCC). (See MTC Resolution No. 1209, revised). <br /> D. (FOR STA FUNDS) Applicant for STA funds certifies that it is making fulI use of federal funds <br /> available under the federal Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century ("TEA-21"). <br /> E. All applicants must certify the following: <br /> x a. if applicant is an operator and offers reduced fares to senior citizens and disabled persons, <br /> applicant will honor either the federal Medicare identification card or the California Department <br /> of Motor Vehicles senior citizen identification card, as well as the Regional Transit Connection <br /> Discount Card; and <br /> x b. if applicant is an operator and offers reduced fares to senior citizens, applicant will also offer <br /> the identical reduced fare to disabled patrons. <br /> x F. (APPLIES TO ARTICLE 8 RECIPIENTS) Applicant that is a municipal operator (as defined <br /> under Pub. Util. Code §99209) certifies that it has submitted a copy of the California Highway <br /> Patrol (ChP) certification, which was issued within the last 13 months, indicating compliance with <br /> Cal. Veh. Code §1808.1 (CLIP "pull notice system and periodic reports"). (Pub. Util. Code §99251). <br /> G.Applicant certifies that it does not require that a person be a resident of the applicant's service area <br /> in order to qualify for service. <br /> H. (FOR STA FUNDS) Applicant for STA funds certifies that it has current SB 602 "joint fare <br /> revenue sharing agreements" in place with transit operators in the MTC region with which its <br /> service connects, and that it has submitted copies of all such current agreements to MTC. <br /> I. (FOR STA FUNDS) Applicant for STA funds certifies that it complies with MTC's Transit <br /> Coordination Implementation Plan (MTC Resolution No. 3055, revised). (Public. Util.
