CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 05- <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING INVESTMENT POLICIES <br /> AND GUIDELINES OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 19, 2005 the Director of Finance presented a report, <br />SR 05:106, describing the investment policies and guidelines used by the staff of the City of <br />Pleasanton, as outlined in Section 53600 et seq. of the Government Code and reported in <br />accordance with Section 53646 of the Government Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby approves the Investment Policies and Guidelines, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 19, 2005 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br /> ABSENT: <br /> ABSTAIN: <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Dawn Abrahamson, City Clerk <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> Michael H.
