<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-69 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF NEW CITIES DEVELOPMENT <br />GROUP FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REZONING AND <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-9S-04 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, New cities Development Group has submitted an application <br />for Planned Unit Development rezoning (PUD-Medium Density <br />Residential) and development plan approval to construct <br />34 single family homes on an approximately 7.57 acre <br />parcel located at 5701 Black Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of <br />commission received <br />Case PUD-95-04; and <br /> <br />September 27, 1995, the Planning <br />a proposed negative declaration for <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial study dated August 18, 1995, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed pUblic hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds that approval of the <br />proposed project would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for Case PUD-95-04, the application of New <br />ci ties Development Group for Planned unit Development <br />rezoning (PUD-Medium Density Residential) and development <br />plan approval to construct 34 single family homes on an <br />approximately 7.57 acre parcel located at 5701 Black <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
