<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-64 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-95-170 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for design review <br />approval for improvements at the Aquatic Center <br />consisting of renovations and additions to the existing <br />bath-house, the construction of a new bath-house, and the <br />construction of a new 50 meter pool located at 4455 Black <br />Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is A (Agriculture) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed meeting of September 13, 1995, the <br />Planning Commission considered all publ ic testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />building is an attractive facility that meets the <br />identified program needs. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case Z-95-170, the application of the City of <br />Pleasanton for design review approval for improvements at <br />the Aquatic Center consisting of renovations and <br />additions to the existing bath-house, the construction of <br />a new bath-house, and the construction of a new 50 meter <br />pool located at 4455 Black Avenue, subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "E," attached hereto and made <br />a part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. The approval does not include the Phase II parking. <br /> <br />section 3. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that <br />time. <br />
