<br />Resolution No. PC-95-60 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />shall be reviewed for conformity to these requirements and <br />approved by the Planning Director prior to issuance of a <br />building permit. <br /> <br />26. All trash and refuse shall be contained completely within <br />enclosures architecturally compatible with the main structure. <br />Trash enclosure locations shall be identified clearly on the <br />site plans. The materials and color of the enclosure walls <br />shall match the building walls and the gates shall be <br />corrugated metal or solid wood. The location and design of <br />the enclosures shall be shown on the plans submitted for <br />issuance of building permits, shall be consistent with <br />Conditions #45 and 58, and shall be subject to the approval of <br />the Planning Director and Fire Chief. Trash containers shall <br />be stored within the enclosure at all times, except when being <br />unloaded. <br /> <br />Construction Activities <br /> <br />27. All site improvements and house construction activities shall <br />be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday <br />through Saturday. All construction equipment must meet <br />Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall <br />be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />28. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other <br />vehicle be used as living or sleeping quarters on the <br />construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from <br />the site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />29. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far <br />as possible from existing structures and shall be emptied on <br />a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />30. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of <br />construction to final inspection. <br /> <br />31. The applicant shall submit a construction Best Management <br />Practices (BMP's) program for review and approval by the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of building and/or grading <br />permits. These BMP's shall be implemented by the general <br />contractor and all subcontractors and suppliers of materials <br />and equipment. Construction site cleanup and control of <br />construction debris shall also be addressed. Failure to <br />comply with the approved construction BMP may result in the <br />issuance of correction notices, citations, or a stop work <br />order. <br /> <br />The applicant is responsible for implementing the following <br />measures during all construction phases of the project: <br />
