<br />Resolution No. PC-95-60 <br />Page 10 <br /> <br />approved by the Fire Chief, this requirement may be waived or <br />modified. Proposed alternative methods of fire protection <br />shall be submitted, in writing, to the Fire Chief. Work on <br />the alternative fire protection methods shall not start <br />without the approval of the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />43. All roads on the site are designated as fire apparatus access <br />roads by the Fire Chief and must be maintained in accordance <br />with Section 10.201 of the Uniform Fire Code and be accessible <br />at all times from the start of construction until the project <br />is completed. Where necessary, curbs must be painted red or <br />"No Parking" signs provided as required by the vehicle code. <br /> <br />44. The developer shall post address numerals on the building so <br />as to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or <br />driveways during both daylight and night time hours. Tenant <br />spaces shall be identified as determined by the City. <br /> <br />45. Trash enclosures which are sized to contain dumpsters with an <br />individual capacity of 1.5 cubic yards located within five <br />feet of combustible walls, openings, or combustible roof eaves <br />shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system. <br /> <br />POLICE <br /> <br />46. If required by the Police Department, the building shall be <br />equipped with an alarm system, the type to be approved by the <br />Police Department and that this system shall be installed <br />prior to occupancy of the building. <br /> <br />ENGINEERING <br /> <br />Gradinq and Drainaqe <br /> <br />47. The developer shall submit a final grading and drainage plan <br />prepared by a licensed civil engineer depicting all final <br />grades and on-site drainage control measures. This plan shall <br />be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer <br />and/or the Director of Building Inspection prior to the <br />issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br />48. The developer shall submit an erosion and sedimentation <br />control plan or procedure as part of the improvement plans. <br />Grading completed prior to October 15 shall be revegetated and <br />stabilized by October 15. Grading completed between October <br />16 and April 15 shall be revegetated and restabilized as soon <br />as possible after completion of grading. <br />
