<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-60 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF KAISER PERMANENTE <br />HEALTH PLAN FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />Z-95-102 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kaiser Permanente Health Plan has submitted an <br />application for design review approval to construct an <br />approximately 66,000 square foot two-story medical office <br />building located at 5610 Stoneridge Mall Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-R (Neighborhood Commercial) <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of August 23, 1995, <br />the Planning Commission, after considering all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application, approved the <br />negative declaration prepared for Case Z-95-102; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed building <br />location and design is appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case Z-95-102, the application of Kaiser <br />Permanente Health Plan, for design review approval to <br />construct an approximately 66,000 square foot two-story <br />medical office building located at 5610 Stoneridge Mall <br />Road, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit liB, II <br />attached hereto and made a part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that <br />time. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 23RD DAY OF AUGUST 1995 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />commissioners Barker, Dove, Hovingh, and Chairman Lutz <br />None <br />Commissioner McGuirk <br />Commissioner Wright <br />
