<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-59 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br />APPLICATION OF KAISER PERMANENTE HEALTH PLAN FOR DESIGN <br />REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-95-102 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kaiser Permanente Health Plan has submitted an <br />application for design review approval to construct an <br />approximately 66,000 square foot two-story medical office <br />building located at 5610 Stoneridge Mall Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 23, 1995, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case Z-95-102; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission has received <br />Initial Study dated August 2, 1995, <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />and reviewed the <br />and received the <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission finds <br />proposed project would not have <br />effects on the environment. <br /> <br />that approval of the <br />any significant adverse <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for Case <br />Z-95-102, the application of Kaiser Permanente Health <br />Plan for design review approval to construct an <br />approximately 66,000 square foot two-story medical office <br />building located at 5610 Stoneridge Mall Road. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that <br />time. <br />
