PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-59 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF KAISER PERMANENTE HEALTH PLAN FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-95-102 WHEREAS, Kaiser Permanente Health Plan has submitted an application for design review approval to construct an approximately 66,000 square foot two-story medical office building located at 5610 Stoneridge Mall Road; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 23, 1995, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case Z-95-102; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received Initial Study dated August 2, 1995, recommendations of the staff; and and reviewed the and received the WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds proposed project would not have effects on the environment. that approval of the any significant adverse NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for Case Z-95-102, the application of Kaiser Permanente Health Plan for design review approval to construct an approximately 66,000 square foot two-story medical office building located at 5610 Stoneridge Mall Road. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
