<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-54 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br />APPLICATION OF LYNDEN HOMES FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE PUD-95-03 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lynden Homes has submitted an application for Planned <br />Unit Development approval to rezone a 1.01 acre parcel <br />from the Agricultural zoning district to the PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) - MDR (Medium Density Residential) <br />District and for PUD development plan approval over a <br />total of 4.30I acres (2 existing parcels) of land for a <br />13-unit single-family residential development located at <br />1777 and 1635 Rose Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of August 9, 1995, <br />received a proposed negative <br />PUD-95-03; and <br /> <br />the Planning Commission <br />declaration for Case <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated June 8, 1995, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission finds <br />proposed project would not have <br />effects on the environment. <br /> <br />that approval of the <br />any significant adverse <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for Case <br />PUD-95-03, the application of Lynden Homes for Planned <br />Unit Development approval to rezone a 1.01 acre parcel <br />from the Agricultural zoning district to the PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) - MDR (Medium Density Residential) <br />District and for PUD development plan approval over a <br />total of 4.30I acres (2 existing parcels) of land for a <br />13-unit single-family residential development located at <br />1777 and 1635 Rose Avenue. <br />
