<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-43 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF TERRY E. O'CONNOR FOR <br />DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-95-83 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Terry E. O'Connor has applied for design review approval <br />to construct a new commercial/office structure and a <br />four-unit residential structure with two, two-car garages <br />on an approximately 6,200 square foot lot located at 148 <br />Spring Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial), <br />Downtown Revitalization, Core Area Overlay District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed meeting of June 28, <br />Planning Commission considered all public <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />concerning this matter; and <br /> <br />1995, the <br />testimony, <br />City staff <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission determined that <br />project is well designed and would <br />appropriate for this Downtown site. <br /> <br />the proposed <br />be generally <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case Z-95-83, the application of Terry E. <br />O'Connor for design review approval to construct a new <br />commercial/office structure and a four-unit residential <br />structure with two, two-car garages on an approximately <br />6,200 square foot lot located at 148 Spring Street, <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B," attached <br />hereto and made a part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective IS days after <br />its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that <br />time. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 28TH DAY OF JUNE 1995 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Commissioners Barker, Hovingh, McGuirk, Wright, and <br />Chairman Lutz <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />
