PC-95-39 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br />APPLICATION OF JAMES KNUPPE (SA RENT-A-SPACE) FOR PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-95-02 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, James Knuppe (5A Rent-A-Space) has submitted an <br />application for Planned Unit Development development plan <br />approval to construct a two-story, 10S,000 square foot <br />self-storage facility at 5700 Pleasant Hill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June <br />received a proposed <br />PUD-95-02; and <br /> <br />28, 1995, the Planning Commission <br />negative declaration for Case <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated May 30, 1995, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission finds <br />proposed project would not have <br />effects on the environment. <br /> <br />that approval of the <br />any significant adverse <br />
