<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-38 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-95-91 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for design review <br />approval to construct a 2,600 square foot administration <br />building in Phase III of the Pleasanton Tennis and <br />Community Park located at the corner of Valley Avenue and <br />Paseo Santa Cruz; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is A (Agriculture) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed meeting of June 28, <br />Planning Commission considered all public <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />concerning this matter; and <br /> <br />1995, the <br />testimony, <br />City staff <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />project is appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case Z-95-91, the application of the City of <br />Pleasanton for design review approval to construct a <br />2,600 square foot administration building in Phase III of <br />the Pleasanton Tennis and Community Park located at the <br />corner of Valley Avenue and Paseo Santa Cruz, subject to <br />the conditions shown on Exhibit "B," attached hereto and <br />made a part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
