<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-35 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br />APPLICATION OF FRANK AND SHERYL VRANEK (EARLY YEARS <br />CHILDREN'S CENTER), AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-95-03, <br />Z-95-13, AND V-95-07 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Vranek (Early Years Children's Center) <br />have applied for a conditional use permit and design <br />review approval to construct an approximately 3,477 <br />square foot building to be utilized for additional <br />classroom area, and a variance for a fence in the front <br />yard fence setback, at the Early Years Children's Center <br />located at 1251 Hopyard Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 14, 1995, <br />received a proposed negative <br />UP-95-03, Z-95-13, and V-95-07; <br /> <br />the Planning <br />declaration <br />and <br /> <br />Commission <br />for Case <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated May 23, 1995, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />the <br />the <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission finds <br />proposed project would not have <br />effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />that approval of the <br />any significant adverse <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further finds that the proposed <br />project would not have any adverse impacts on the site's <br />wildlife. <br />
