PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-35 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF FRANK AND SHERYL VRANEK (EARLY YEARS CHILDREN'S CENTER), AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-95-03, Z-95-13, AND V-95-07 WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Vranek (Early Years Children's Center) have applied for a conditional use permit and design review approval to construct an approximately 3,477 square foot building to be utilized for additional classroom area, and a variance for a fence in the front yard fence setback, at the Early Years Children's Center located at 1251 Hopyard Road; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 14, 1995, received a proposed negative UP-95-03, Z-95-13, and V-95-07; the Planning declaration and Commission for Case WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated May 23, 1995, and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time public was given the opportunity to comment on environmental impacts of the proposal; and the the WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds proposed project would not have effects on the environment; and that approval of the any significant adverse WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further finds that the proposed project would not have any adverse impacts on the site's wildlife.
