<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-34 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-58D (BRITANNIA DEVELOPMENTS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Britannia Developments has applied for PUD development <br />plan approval to allow the construction of a one-story, <br />69,500 square foot office/industrial flex use building <br />on a 5.95 acre parcel located at 5720 Stoneridge Drive, <br />(a portion of Lot 10A) within the Hacienda Business <br />Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - I/C-O (Industrial/Commercial and Office) <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 14, 1995, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is within the scope of the <br />Environmental Impact Report prepared in conjunction <br />with the PUD approval for the entire Hacienda Business <br />Park, therefore, no additional environmental document <br />was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that as conditioned, <br />the proposed project meets or exceeds all applicable <br />requirements of the design guidelines established for <br />the Hacienda Business Park. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-58D, the <br />application of Britannia Developments for PUD <br />development plan approval to allow the construction of <br />a one-story, 69,500 square foot office/industrial flex <br />use building on a 5.95 acre parcel located at 5720 <br />Stoneridge Drive, (a portion of Lot 10A) within the <br />Hacienda Business Park, subject to the conditions shown <br />on Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />- <br />
