<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-33 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPLICATION OF AMOS PICKER (FOR DIRK & <br />JUDITH LIJESEN) FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE Z-95-04 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Amos picker has submitted an application for design <br />review approval to construct a 5,178I square foot single- <br />family residence on a 1.26I acre site located at 1921 <br />Clover Court, Lot #28 of Tract 6033 (Golden Eagle Farm) ; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />staff noted a number of design related concerns, to <br />the project proponents have responded with <br />modifications; and <br /> <br />which <br />some <br /> <br />WHEREAS, significant issues with respect to the application not <br />meeting design criteria contained within the Golden Eagle <br />Farm Design Guidelines were unresolved; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the application was forwarded to the Planning Commission <br />for consideration; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed meeting of June 14, <br />Planning Commission considered all public <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />1995, the <br />testimony, <br />City staff <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA), therefore, no environmental document was prepared <br />for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />project violates a number of the Golden Eagle Farm Design <br />Guideline requirements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Denies the application of Amos picker for design review <br />approval to construct a 5,178I square foot single-family <br />residence on a 1.26I acre site located at 1921 Clover <br />Court, Lot #28 of Tract 6033 (Golden Eagle Farm) . <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption, unless appealed prior to that <br />time. <br />
