PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-33 RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPLICATION OF AMOS PICKER (FOR DIRK & JUDITH LIJESEN) FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-95-04 WHEREAS, Amos picker has submitted an application for design review approval to construct a 5,178I square foot single- family residence on a 1.26I acre site located at 1921 Clover Court, Lot #28 of Tract 6033 (Golden Eagle Farm) ; and WHEREAS, staff noted a number of design related concerns, to the project proponents have responded with modifications; and which some WHEREAS, significant issues with respect to the application not meeting design criteria contained within the Golden Eagle Farm Design Guidelines were unresolved; and WHEREAS, the application was forwarded to the Planning Commission for consideration; and WHEREAS, at its duly noticed meeting of June 14, Planning Commission considered all public relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the concerning this application; and 1995, the testimony, City staff WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), therefore, no environmental document was prepared for this project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project violates a number of the Golden Eagle Farm Design Guideline requirements. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Denies the application of Amos picker for design review approval to construct a 5,178I square foot single-family residence on a 1.26I acre site located at 1921 Clover Court, Lot #28 of Tract 6033 (Golden Eagle Farm) . Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption, unless appealed prior to that time.
