Ordinance No. <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />HEREBY ORDAiN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case PUD-98-16-3M, the application of David Bogstad/Loving <br /> & Campos Architects and Jeff Woods/Black Mountain Development for a <br /> major modification to an approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br /> development plan to modify the design guidelines and review processes for <br /> the future homes of the Mariposa Ranch development by the Callippe <br /> Preserve Golf Course, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B," <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general <br /> circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance <br /> shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3.
