The building had been vacant for three years.
But today there is need for retail space. I have a vacancy pending next door at 739 Main Street. I am losing Angela's due to the high cost
of the Euro against the Dollar. After advertising in the Pleasanton Weekly I already have four active applicants - all retail uses with a mix
of existing and start-up businesses. Upon my selection of one of them, I will make the remaining list available to the Periclakes and to the
Downtown Association.

In addition should this permit be revoked I would look favorably toward consolidated parking for this entire area - but not with the bar next
door.

In the event the Conditional Use Permit is extended, it is imperative the back door to the Pub not be used as its main entry as is currently
the case. This makes it impossible for me to limit parking to my tenants and their customers.

Roy Moret, I29 Sand Wedge Place, Walnut Creek, CA 94598

http://us.fSl l.mail.yahoo.corn/ym/ShowLetter?box=Sent&Msgld=7083_4109645_11246 639 935 0... 2/26/2005
