Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicants shall <br />pay the applicable Zone 7 and City connection fees and water <br />meter cost for any water meters, including irrigation meters. <br />Additionally, the developer shall pay any applicable DSRSD <br />sewer permit fee. <br /> <br />57. All retaining walls higher than four feet from the top of the <br />wall to the bottom of the footway shall be constructed of <br />reinforced concrete or shall be an approved crib wall type. <br />Calculations signed by a registered civil engineer shall <br />accompany the wall plans. <br /> <br />58. The applicants shall submit two copies of the site soils <br />report to the Director of Building Inspection. If necessary, <br />a third party peer reVl.ew shall be completed at the <br />applicants' expense prior to issuance of a grading permit. <br /> <br />59. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building <br />Department on computer disk in a format approved by the <br />Director. Digi tized information shall be submitted before <br />requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built <br />situs and architectural information as approved by the <br />Director. <br /> <br />Fire <br /> <br />60. Fire alarm and detection systems are required subject to the <br />review and approval by the Fire Chief. Detailed plans showing <br />the facility layout, including ceiling heights, office areas, <br />storage plans and heights, etc. shall be submitted by the <br />applicant to the Fire Chief prior to installation of said <br />systems. <br /> <br />61. The applicants shall post address numerals on the building so <br />as to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or <br />driveways during both daylight and night time hours. Tenant <br />spaces shall be identified as determined by the City. <br /> <br />62. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton <br />Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />63. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of <br />construction to final inspection. <br />
