<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-29 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ED AND DIANE CHURKA <br />FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-95-12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ed and Diane Churka have applied for design review <br />approval to construct an approximately 3,956 square foot <br />commercial building and related site improvements to be <br />located at 780 Main street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial), <br />Downtown Revitalization, Core Area Overlay District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of May 24, 1995, the <br />Planning Commission, after considering all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application, recommended <br />approval of the proposed negative declaration for Case <br />Z-95-12; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed project <br />is appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case Z-95-12, the application of Ed and Diane <br />Churka for design review approval to construct an <br />approximately 3,956 square foot commercial building and <br />related site improvements to be located at 780 Main <br />Street, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B," <br />attached hereto and made a part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that <br />time. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 24TH DAY OF MAY 1995 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Barker, Lutz, and Chairman Wright <br />Commissioners Hovingh and McGuirk <br />None <br />None <br />
