<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-28 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br />APPLICATION OF ED AND DIANE CHURKA, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />Z-95-12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ed and Diane Churka have applied for design review <br />approval to construct an approximately 3,956 square foot <br />commercial building and related site improvements to be <br />located at 780 Main street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May <br />received a proposed <br />Z-95-12; and <br /> <br />24, 1995, the Planning Commission <br />negative declaration for Case <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission has received <br />Initial study dated March 28, 1995, <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />and reviewed the <br />and received the <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission finds <br />proposed project would not have <br />effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />that approval of the <br />any significant adverse <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission further finds that the proposed <br />project would not have any adverse impacts on the site's <br />wildlife. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for Case <br />Z-95-12, the application of Ed and Diane Churka for <br />design review approval to construct an approximately <br />3,956 square foot commercial building and related site <br />improvements to be located at 780 Main street. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Planning commission finds that the proposed project <br />will have a de Minimis impact on the site's wildlife. <br />
