PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-28 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF ED AND DIANE CHURKA, AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-95-12 WHEREAS, Ed and Diane Churka have applied for design review approval to construct an approximately 3,956 square foot commercial building and related site improvements to be located at 780 Main street; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of May received a proposed Z-95-12; and 24, 1995, the Planning Commission negative declaration for Case WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received Initial study dated March 28, 1995, recommendations of the staff; and and reviewed the and received the WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds proposed project would not have effects on the environment; and that approval of the any significant adverse WHEREAS, the Planning commission further finds that the proposed project would not have any adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for Case Z-95-12, the application of Ed and Diane Churka for design review approval to construct an approximately 3,956 square foot commercial building and related site improvements to be located at 780 Main street. Section 2. The Planning commission finds that the proposed project will have a de Minimis impact on the site's wildlife.
