<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-95-26 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-94-06, THE <br />APPLICATION OF RUBY HILL JOINT VENTURE L.P. TO AMEND SECTION <br />18.96.090 OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING <br />TEMPORARY SUBDIVISION SIGNS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ruby Hill Joint Venture L.P. has applied to amend section <br />18.96.090 of the city of Pleasanton Municipal Code <br />concerning temporary subdivision signs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 26, 1995, <br />the planning commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the city staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categoricallY exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the proposed text <br />amendment adequately addresses the installation of <br />temporary on-site subdivision advertising signs and <br />temporary off-site subdivision directional signs. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of Case RZ-94-06, the application <br />of Ruby Hill Joint Venture L.P. to amend section <br />18.96.090 of the city of Pleasanton Municipal Code <br />concerning temporary subdi vision signs, as shown on <br />Exhibit "A," attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br /> <br />section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 26TH DAY OF APRIL 1995 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />commissioners Barker, Lutz, McGuirk, and Chairman wright <br />None <br />Commissioner Hovingh <br />None <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />April 26, 1995 <br /> <br />I <br />
