As conditioned, the proposed <br />use will be compatible with the other uses located <br />wi thin the building. The applicant can also be <br />required to mitigate future nuisances as a result <br />of the proposed use. <br /> <br />B. The proposed location of the conditional use and <br />the conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious <br />to the properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br /> <br />Given the proposed hours of operation, the <br />projected number of clients, and the size of the <br />business, the addition of massage services to the <br />existing beauty salon will not impact surrounding <br />uses.
