Final working drawings; <br />B. Final landscape plan; <br />C. The zoning <br />administrator or his designee shall certify that the final architectural plan submitted under this <br />Section accords with the architectural plan as approved by the BeaflI zoning administrator or <br />planninl! commission. <br /> <br />Section 18.74.080 Evaluation and criteria <br /> <br />The Ileerd sf desigll review ItfId:er zoning administrator shall examine the material submitted <br />with the application by considering the following aspects for conformance with the purpose <br />of this Chapter: <br /> <br />Subsections A-D No Changes <br /> <br />The IlsaI'd sf ItfId/er zoning administrator shall be guided in tftetf his/her review of <br />improvements within the district by the adopted downtown Pleasanton design guidelines. <br /> <br />Section 18.74.160 Alteration or change prohibited without certificate of appropriateness. <br /> <br />A. No person shall alter or materially change the appearance of any structure, portion of <br />a structure, or sign, visible from a public street or way, nor shall any permit of such actions <br />be issued without such person first having applied for and been issued a certificate of <br />appropriateness by the llellf6 ef deJigll review, except fer &Iteflltiell3 er exteaer elulAges Ie <br />1I1lfeillfereeEI ma5ellry bllildillgs whieh sllaH be slI&jeet te iS511llAee ef a eeftifieate ef <br />III'I'f6jlaatelless by llle zoning administrator. The zoning administrator may refer an <br />lIP'plication for a certificate of a,p,pro,priateness to the planning commission for review and <br />action if deemed necessary. <br /> <br />B. Certificates shall be issued for all such proposed actions determined by the bellf6 ef <br />desigll re',iew llIId.'er zoning administrator or planninl! commission to be consistent with the <br />purpose of the district. Certificates of appropriateness shall be in <br />addition to and not in lieu of any other required permit. <br /> <br />18.74.220 <br /> <br />Setbacks prohibited on Main Street - Required elsewhere <br /> <br />Setback of structures from property lines along Main Street is prohibited.
