The location and operation of the professional school shall conform substantially to the <br />site plan, floor plan, details of operation and related materials, Exhibit A (dated "Received <br />January 26, 1995"), on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by these <br />conditions. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall obtain all building and other applicable City permits for the use and any <br />tenant improvements, if required, prior to the commencement of the use. <br /> <br />:r. The hours of operation of the proposed school shall be between the hours of 9:00 AM and <br />9:30 PM Monday through Saturday. Additional hours of operation may be submitted for <br />the review and approval by the Planning Director. The total number of students testing or <br />in classes in the school at any given time shall not exceed 56. If any changes in the <br />professional school operations or additional activities beyond that proposed by the written <br />narrative are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Requests for <br />modification of the use permit shall be submitted to the Planning Director. Said changes <br />may require a modification of the use permit or, upon determination of the Planning <br />Director. a new use permit may be required. Minor changes may be approved by the <br />Planning Director. <br /> <br />4. If the operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other <br />impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional use permit may be <br />referred to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If <br />necessary, the Commission may modifY or add conditions of approval to mitigate such <br />impacts, or may revoke said conditional use permit. <br /> <br />5. The business shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of <br />the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />6. This use permit is not transferable to another address.
