STRUTHERS, JR. <br /> City Attorney <br /> City Hall <br /> Pleasanton, California <br /> <br /> IN THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 270 <br /> <br /> AMENDING ORDINANCE 238 PROVIDING FOR <br /> INCREASE FOR REFeSE COI.IF~TIONRATES <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> HEREBY ORDAINAS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Section 7.03 of ordinance 238, concerning the removal <br />and disposal of garbage and refuse is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> For the collection, removal and disposal of all refuse, <br /> there shah be a flat monthly charge based on thirty <br /> (30) gallons refuse in one container per collection as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> One (1) collection per week, $1.50 per month <br /> Two (2) collections per week, $2.70 per month <br /> Three (3) collections per week, $3.05 per month <br /> Six (6) collections per week $8.10 per month <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this ordinance <br />to be published in the Pleasanton Times, a newspaper of general circulat- <br />ion published within the City of Ple~santon, immediately upon passage of <br />this ordinance, and shall become effective April 1, 1957. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton, held on the llthday of Feb. , 1957, and adopted at a regu- <br />lar meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, held on the ~Sth <br />day of F.eb~., 1957 by the following votes; <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Gerton, Hanson, Nevis, Orloff and Cairo <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> APPROVED THIS 25th DAY OF ..
