Butts <br />Application for a conditional use pennit to operate a landscape contractor's equipment <br />storage yard and office at 3768 Old Santa Rita Road. Zoning for the property is C-S <br />(Commercial Service) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report on an application for a conditional use permit to operate <br />a landscape contractor's equipment storage yard and office. The applicant has held a <br />temporary use permit for the past two years. The applicant has subsequently purchased the <br />property. The use has worked satisfactorily at the site for the past two years, and staff is <br />agreeable to granting the use permit.
