CITY OF PLEASA~0N <br /> <br /> Ordinance No. 266 <br /> <br /> INCREASING MINIMUM RATE FOR WATER; <br /> REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 226; ADDING <br /> SECTION 11.5 to ORDINANCE N0. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~IE CITY OF PLF~SANTON DOES PEREBY ORDAIN <br /> <br />AS FOLLOV~S: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 226, concerning a former increase in <br />water rates is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: Section ll.5 is hereby added to Ordinance No. 85, the <br />basic water rate ordnance of the City of Plessanton, to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Section 11.5: Provided however, that after the <br /> 30th day of September 1956, the minimum <br /> rates for water service sha'~' be: <br /> $4.00 per month for the first 1,000 cubic <br /> feet delivered within the City boundaries. <br /> <br /> $4-50 per month for the first 1,000 cubic <br /> feet delivered outside the City boundaries. <br /> <br /> All other rates shall be computed as follows: <br /> <br /> $0.15 per 100 cubic feet £or the next~,000 <br /> cubic feet, <br /> <br /> $0.12 per 100 cubic feet in excess of 5,000 cubic feet. <br /> <br />SECTION 3: The ~i~y Clerk shall certif~ to the adoption of <br />this ordinance and cause it to be publiehed in the Pleasant on <br />Times once. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED this 27th day of August , 19~6. <br /> <br /> ADCPTED this llth d.ay of September , 1956. <br />AYES: Councilmen Gerton, Meetor, OrlOff, Triming~m and Cairo <br />I~OE~: None Signed:.~:.~2~,~ <br />ABSENT: None Mayor <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> '/ .:,..,.: ,..~.'2_.,~...
