CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 05-013 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, <br /> AS FILED UNDER CASE PDR-402 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for design review approval to renovate <br /> the Veterans Memorial Building located at 301 Main Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is O (Office) District, Downtown Revitalization <br /> District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on March 1, <br /> 2005, at which time all pertinent testimony and documents were received; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the proposed project, as conditioned, is <br /> appropriate for thc site; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case PDR-402, the application of the City of Pleasanton for <br /> design review approval to renovate the Veterans Memorial Building, <br /> subject to the conditions of approval shown on Exhibit B, attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
