CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 05-003 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING CINDY MCGOVERN AS AN APPOINTEE <br /> TO THE SCHOOL DISTRICT LIAISON COMMITTEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 7, 2004, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 04- <br /> 097 appointing Councilmembers to various regional and local boards, <br /> commissions, and committees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, those appointments included Mayor Hosterman and Councilmember Brozosky as <br /> Appointees and Councilmember McGovern as Alternate to the School District <br /> Liaison Committee. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 04-097 is hereby amended to provide that Cindy McGovern is <br /> appointed as an Appointee, and Mayor Hosterman as Alternate, to the School <br /> District Liaison Committee. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 18, 2005 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brozosky, McGovem and Sullivan <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Hosterman <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> EST: <br /> <br /> ~w'" '~ -n G.
