<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2004-68 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF BOB KOCIKlWORLDWIDE <br />SIGNS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PSDR-2l8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bob Kocik/Worldwide Signs, has applied for sign design review approval <br />to install removable vinyl letters to the front windows for the "Just Tires" <br />store located at 2 California A venue, in the Stanley Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of December 8, 2004, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of <br />the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the installation of removable <br />vinyl letters to the front windows for the "Just Tires" store at 2 California <br />Avenue is appropriate signage. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PSDR-2l8, the application of Bob Kocik/Worldwide <br />Signs for sign design review approval to install removable vinyl letters to <br />the front windows for the "Just Tires" store located at 2 California <br />Avenue, in the Stanley Business Park, subject to the conditions shown in <br />Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br />. <br />
