<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2004-66 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPLICATION OF JAMES ERVIN <br />FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PDR-414 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, James Ervin has applied for design review approval to construct an <br />approximately 768-square-foot addition, to be used a retail space, in front <br />of the existing single-family home located at 4473 Railroad A venue, with <br />three parking spaces to be added at the rear of the property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial)/Downtown <br />Revitalization District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of <br />the California Enviromnental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no <br />enviromnental document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of November 10, 2004, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Denies Case PDR-414, the application of James Ervin for design review <br />approval to construct an approximately 768-square-foot addition, to be <br />used a retail space, in front of the existing single-family home located at <br />4473 Railroad A venue, with three parking spaces to be added at the rear of <br />the property. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON ON THE 10TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 2004 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />RECUSED: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Commissioners Arkin, Fox, and Sullivan. <br />Commissioners Maas and Roberts. <br />None. <br />None. <br />None. <br />
