<br />Exhibit B <br />Conditions oC Approval <br /> <br />George Karpaty, Aura Restaurant/Nightclub <br />4825 Hopyard Road <br />October 13,2004 <br /> <br />1. The proposed exterior improvements and signage shall be as shown on Exhibit A, dated <br />"Received August 24, 2004," on file with the Pleasanton Planning Department, except as <br />modified by these conditions. Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the <br />approval of the Planning Director, if found to be in substantial conformance with the <br />approved exhibits. <br /> <br />2. All construction activities shall be limited to the hours of8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday <br />through Saturday. All construction equipment must meet DMV noise standards and shall <br />be equipped with muffling devices. No construction activities shall be allowed on <br />Federal holidays. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall apply for and receive all applicable permits. <br /> <br />4. The proposed atom logo on the sign over the main entrance may utilize fiber optics for a <br />gradual color change, with the speed of the color change to be determined by the <br />Planning Director such that there is no semblance of blinking or fluttering. <br /> <br />5. All new exterior lighting fixtures shall be designed to minimize light pollution and shall <br />be submitted for the review and approval of the Planning Director. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />- <br />
